Help, I am not sure if the item is right for me?

I am buying this item as a gift for some-one. Can you ship it to them without the invoice?

We do offer a gifting service. Should you be purchasing an item as a gift and want us to ship directly to them, send us an e-mail at support@beautifulhomedecor.com.au with the details as soon as you place an order and we will send the gift onto them with a note from you. The invoice will be e-mailed to you and not be included with the parcel.

Do you have a showroom or retail store?

We are an online store and all products are showcased online. We do have a change of mind policy should you wish to purchase a product from us and change your mind later. Please refer to our Refund Policy. We hope to expand to a store in the future and will notify all our customers once we do.

I am not sure how to style my house. Can you help?

We offer lots of helpful tips and ideas to style your home. Visit our blog posts, subscribe to our newsletters below for helpful tips and ideas to decorate your house. If you still can’t find the answer, pop us an e-mail at support@beautifulhomedecor.com.au

Can I pick my order up from your warehouse?

At present we do not have this option available. Products are shipped directly from the supplier or from our warehouse which does not have public access due to security and safety.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched the next working day. Should there be a delay in dispatch we will notify you via e-mail. Depending on your location, deliveries take between 1-7 days. Shipping is a bit longer for items made to order in our wall art and flowers collections. Please see the product description for extended shipping details. 

How is my order shipped?

We use the services of Aramex Couriers for most of our deliveries. In certain deliveries we may opt for Australia Post. Either way, you will be advised and a tracking number will be forwarded onto you.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can accept change of address before dispatch of the goods. Once the goods have been shipped, change of address is not possible.

Can I return an item?

Please see our Refund Policy for more information should you wish to return a change of mind or faulty item.  Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items. We cannot accept returns for made to order products in our wall art and flowers collections. Please check the product description for made to order products.

What if my item is received damaged?

Please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at support@beautifulhomedecor.com.au. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
