We know you’re excited to receive your order (and we’re just as excited to send it!). Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and delivery from our store to your door.


What Does Shipping Cost?

We keep shipping simple and transparent:

  • Wall Art Prints – Shipping is completely free anywhere in Australia 🙌

  • Como Cushions – Flat rate of $22.50

  • Luca Cushions – Flat rate of $38.50

  • All Other Home Décor – Standard shipping from just $8.95 - shipping is automatically calculated by the courier company on checkout, depending on your location and the decor ordered. You'll see the exact delivery cost at checkout before you pay — no surprises.


When Will My Order Be Sent?

We aim to get your  decor on the road fast:

  • Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

  • Wall Art Prints are custom made to order, so they take a little longer — check the product page for the current production and delivery timeframe.

  • Some items come from our partner warehouses and may take 1–3 business days to dispatch — we’ll always keep you updated.


How Will My Order Arrive?

We work with trusted couriers and Australia Post, depending on the size of your parcel and where it’s going.

  • All deliveries happen during business hours (Monday–Friday).

  • If you order more than one item, they might arrive separately — don’t worry, we’ll send you tracking info for each parcel.

  • Some couriers can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes — we’ll let you know if this affects your order.


Delivery Times (once shipped)

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

  • Wall Art Prints: Production and shipping times vary — check the product page for details

We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order’s on the move. 

Unfortunately from time to time, due to weather or other reasons out of our control, there may be a slight delay with the delivery. We will contact you if we are aware of an expected delay.


A Few Extra Things to Know:

  • Changed your delivery address? Let us know ASAP — there may be a small fee if it’s already been booked with the courier.

  • Not home? You might get a card to collect it from the post office, or the courier will arrange a re-delivery.

  • Authority to Leave: If you tick this box at checkout, the courier will leave your order without a signature. Once they’ve marked it delivered, it’s considered received — so please make sure the spot is safe!


Delivery Issues

We do our best to get everything right, but here’s how we handle bumps along the way:

  • If your address is incorrect and the order comes back to us, we’ll help you re-ship it — but you’ll need to cover the extra delivery cost.

  • If we can’t reach you after 2 delivery attempts, we’ll cancel and refund your order (minus original shipping and handling fees).

  • Sadly, we can’t take responsibility for theft or damage once your parcel is delivered — so be sure to choose a secure delivery location.
